With more than 12 years of experience in mechanical engineering, Mladen built his career working with industry-leading companies including Chamberlain Group, Karl Storz, Veoneer, Smurfit Kappa, and Sumitomo Group. His engineering background developed the analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that now set him apart in real estate.

Today, Mladen leads a rapidly growing real estate team serving Southern Arizona. He specializes in new construction, custom homes, land and lot sales, investment properties, and residential home buying and selling. Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or families searching for their forever home, Mladen is dedicated to providing expert guidance, honest communication, and a seamless experience from start to finish.

With over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, Pablo Elias Hopkins brings unmatched financing expertise and a client-first approach to every real estate transaction. Since 2017, he has helped hundreds of individuals and families successfully navigate the home financing process, serving in leadership roles with Guild Mortgage, NOVA Home Loans, loanDepot, and currently as a Senior Loan Officer with Sunstreet Mortgage.
